I am going to purchase a winter wheelset from tirerack and had a question about wheels.
Putting these on a '16 Access Cab Off Road.

Since the 2016 doesn't come up as a selection yet, I'm just using the 2015 Tacoma on their site as a selection. Also using the stock P265/70R16 size.

    A couple of questions. Thanks.

    1. The rims I see on tirerack have different offsets from each other. Varying from -12mm to 10mm. Does this matter on the Tacoma? If so what is the stock offset?

    2. The size of rim comes up as 16x8. I know 16 is correct for diameter of the stock rim. Is 8 correct for the width? Does it matter?

It's the same as the 15s, that tire size and rim is the same!

K are the the stock steel wheels that look like the 2nd Gen! Also why you going winters. To be honest you could get a hell of a deal on some cooper AT3's right now on ebay!!!! I run them and love them all year around. They are great in the snow and rain and on dry pavement!!! You can get a set for $442 shipped to your door and it usually costs about $20 a tire for a tire place to mount and balance them. Also you can sell the stock tires that come off the truck!!!!

    Ebay deal:

I like running a softer compound for winter traction.

245 70s would throw off my speedometer and odometer.
diameter of the tire would decrease by a little over a 1/2 inch.
