I have a 2014 TRD sport 4 door 4x4 with stock 265/65/17 tires, I would like to add a bit more bulk without paying for new shocks etc. I'm thinking about 265/70/17 tires. I know the speedometer would be slightly off at higher speeds, but any other ill effects? Rubbing, or noticeable power and handling issues? I don't plan on off roading, just harsh midwest snow and some dirt roads during summers to Michigan.

When I had my 2010 TRD Sport I had that size on my stock wheels and everything was fine. Still handled good and did not notice that much difference in gas mileage. But I also do a lot of high way miles.

I have 265/70/17 Nitto's on mine and they are quiet on the highway, great in the snow and no rubbing or perceptible MPG loss.
