    Never said the bra was under the clear coat.

    What happens sometimes with bras, depending on how they are installed and how long they are on, can rip the clear coat off the vehicle when they come off.

    Mine was not dealer installed either.

    I did it myself. Let it sit out in the sun all day then just grabbed a corner and started pulling. Then used 3M adhesive remover to remove the remaining adhesive.
