scratch on dash

    Ok found an old thread for this same problem but didn't really have any answers I scratched my dash right above the glove box the black plastic

    Use a heat gun first and try to massage the plastic out. Majority of the times it'll do the trick, but be prepared for some blisters!

    How to repair scratched dash I hear u can heat it up with blow dryer but dnt kno how well that would work

    massage the plastic out?! its a scratch in the paint they stupidly cover these dashes in. i have the same issue... i've heard* NAPA has a touch up paint for the toyota dashes.

    Stock for now
    I used a hair dryer with a color matched paint pencil (like a crayon but waxy paint) from a hobby store. It fills the scratch. Don't color it like picture or burn the plastic. A little at a time is best.

    Bone Stock.Why mess with perfection?Except...
    Isn't there some kind of eraser thing you can use for that? Unless the plastic is cut.

    I mean it honestly depends on how deep the scratch is. My dash gets bashed with my book bag clips, so it develops some small scratches. Luckily those have never gone through the paint, so I've never had to do any touch up work.

    Mine is like a small gash was puttin my shotgun in truck and the barrell hit the damn dash ill try Napa tomorrow and see if they got that paint if not I hear a hair dryer and a sharpie
