I bought a new 2015 Tacoma sport at the beginning of September manufacturing date is august. I would like to Wax it for the first time. Is it ok to do so or does the paint need to cure longer? I know Ive heard some say wait at least 6 months on new vehicle??
    thanks

No need to wait. First thing I did was clay bar, seal and wax my 2015.

I stripped it down and clay polished wax within the 2nd week of getting mine. You'd be surprised the shit the dealer "detailers" do to new cars. Start over do it right. You only need to worry about the paint curing if you get it painted at a place. At plants it's all baked and cured befor that built date.

The best time you ever have to protect the paint is when its brand new, I clayed and waxed my 15 within the first few days, I was also surprised at the amount of grit that was in the paint but the clay removed it.
