Just picked up a 2005 Tacoma TRD sport. Current setup is 18 inch xd wheels and some pretty worn out tires. Wondering what tire size would do a good job filling out the wheel well (I'm okay with a little trimming) I want something pretty beefy and some new rims that would look great. I like the moto metal 970 but not stuck on them. Open to suggestions and other mods to make my truck look good!

    Thanks

Congrats brother! Just read through this site for hours, and you will come up with a million ideas. I'm deployed, and have a list probably 100 projects long waiting for my '15 when I get back - all just things that other people on here have done and have been nice enough to show all of us how to do it. We could all suggest things to you, but you'd be better served by just seeing what everyone else has done.

Again, so much knowledge on this site it's unreal - #1 asset when it comes to your truck, absolutely.

Congrats again - now go drive her!

Nice looking starter truck, congrats and welcome to the forum. I'm not into mods but I did put billisteins on all four wheels, good set of shocks for the price and the front shocks are adjustable in case you want to lift it higher. I just left mine at stock level. just do a search around here about billis and you'll find loads of information on this topic. good luck

Thanks for all of the input. Sliders went on today as well as clazzio leather seats! As of right now the truck rides pretty rough, whats the best way to get a better quality ride?
