2014 Tacoma whistle noise from air vent

I have a 2015 TRD, and after my first service, the cabin filter started making a sound best described as the sound you can make with a Kazoo. High speed plus a little wind and you could sing along. Turned out the boys put the filter back in upside down.... and another dealer did it again.. even after I warned them about it. Pull filter... check seals and replace, right side up.

 

I didnt know there was an up or down on them. I also have never had mine changed, but never knew that.
