Custom TRD center caps for KMC XD Monster wheels

While I really liked the look of my KMC Monsters, I really hated the flying saucer looking center caps. I came across an awesome set of TRD caps custom fab'd by @Bullacula, but unfortunately he isn't making them anymore.

So here's how I solved the problem...

Ordered a set of 4.25" bore black alloy Procomp center caps

The bore on the KMCs must be a 1/16-1/8" smaller since the push-thru cap wouldn't fit. The end of the Procomp caps are plastic and removable with a thin metal retainer ring inside.
This end cap pressed perfectly into the opening of the KMCs. For peace of mind I added a small dab of epoxy to the inner edge of the KMC bore opening before pushing the cap in.

I removed the resin Procomp center cap decal and stuck on black and silver TRD resin caps I ordered from eBay for $20. These are also available in black/red.
