My bronze beadlocks arrived today. Stopped by the local auto mechanic and they quoted me $20 per wheel/tire mount and balance with tpms switch; sounds great and i really trust these folks. I may still check at Toyota dealer, because its still under warranty and everything; apparently the wheels have some sort of 1 year warranty too.

What difference does it really make to have them balanced without the rings?

I'm still debating if I actually want/need the wheels... so I'll think about it over the weekend and get them mounted Monday if I keep them.

I don't like the red TRD on the center cap (no offense @Unchained 5150); any thoughts on the best way to paint them? I assume some fancy taping and then plastidip. I want to keep the rings and center cap chrome for now because I still have the stock OR front grill and rear bumper to match.

Get mine mounted and balanced at Toyota and am considering running them for a few weeks to see how they look. But then again with Winter coming why bother to pay to have them taken off and the 17 inch Sport wheels put back on

So not bad, mounted 4 tires on Beadlocks wheels. Then balanced all 5 Beadlocks wheels for 90.00. Had one previously mounted and not balanced. I will unfortunately wait until summer to put them on. But like there looks

    Looks good!

Just wondering, did they have any trouble balancing your wheels? I was told by Americas tire that they weren't able to get it perfectly balanced

Guys at Toyota showed me they use a special arm to attach the wheels to on the Balance machine. Makes for a perfect balance. The one wheel they showed me doing came out at 0 when done. So we shall see next summer
