I've narrowed down the "P" rated tires. The only off-roading I do is driving off the road to find a parking space for my taco and trailer w/ the quads loaded. It's a lightweight flatbed trailer that's why I'm sticking w/ "P". Also, I go to Utah a lot for snowboarding so a good snow tire is a must. But I still want a a/t. Which do you recommend?

I'm in the same boat, I was going to pick up some dueller Revo 2s when they were running the $100 giftcard rebate, but they were on national backorder.

They aren't the most aggressive looking, but they are fantastic on the road, they are lightweight (less impact on MPG), and they hold their own offroad.

    Edit, I Beat the poll!

I'm also looking for some new tires, but I am struck between the Revo's and Michelin LTX AT 2. I like the looks of the Revo's better, but I have always had real good luck with Michelins.

Coming Soon: Mud Terrain 33 Pro-Comps Hella Bulbs 4" Lift TRD Intake URD Mass Air Flow Sensor Calibrator Roof Rack with light bar Bull Bar with lights The list go on, but the budget does not.
Pro-Comps hold up better. Used all 3 of the listed in the poll on past various trucks. I seemed to have found the PC's last longer or it just might be me. They are all good tires though. If you are down to the poll choices. Toyo or the bridgestones are my choices. Good luck.

I'll tell you the Nitto 420's are fantastic tires & not as expensive as some of the other brands. Mine are rated for 80,000 miles. Great wet & dry traction! I have 50,000 miles on them & they don't look worn.

I have run all three (Revos, not the Revo 2s). I'd say the Toyos and Revos are pretty even; you'll get better traction with the Revos, but the Toyos are close and will last longer. The Firestone ATs are good tires, but they aren't as streetable as the Revos or Toyos.

I have the Firestone Destination A/T, and IMO they are alright. They do what I need them to do commuting about 20 miles to work (one way) five days a week... and the occasional light off-roading trip.

My only complaint is that when it rains, the tires get really slick.

I've got the firestones now. About 7000 miles on them and I don't have any complaints yet. I do mostly highway driving now, but I'm know to wander off the road quite often too. They hold up great on both terrains.

I have had the revos on a few vehicles. They are the best all around tire money can buy.

I had Michelin LTX on my Dodge when I traded it in on my Toy. They had 55,000 on them and the dealer asked if they were nearly new, DUH of course:cool: But my choice is Michelins
