I have tried to find info here in the 2nd gen forum about replacement of the 2 steering wheel silver trim pieces, and the silver trim around the instruments and radio. Are there OEM replacement parts available in black for a 2013 DCSB?
Any part numbers for these parts for a 2013 DCSB would be really appreciated.

Yes you can get them in black. I have the thread bookmarked with the part number, let me find it. As far as stereo surround, yes, as well as 4x4 switch if you get a base model one but I don't have those part numbers.

Part number for steering controls in here. This part is for a 2014 I believe so the actual button layout is changed but it should still work from what I understand.

EDIT: all parts here that are black (as compared to your silver counterparts) can be replaced + there are black 4x4 knobs from base models. However I guess silver gauge rings are standard, so you probably still have to paint those.

Or maybe it was @Pugga who went all black.

    I can't recall.

The 2013 is not the same as pictured on the steering wheel. The left side does not have as many switches. Thanks for your efforts though!

Yes I understand that, however as I stated, it should still work for our 2013's. The only button on the 14 wheel that doesn't apply is the little one with the talking guy image I believe.

If you are hell bent on the 2013 controls, here is how to find the part number. Go to a toyota parts site such as Camelback toyota, search up a 2013 tacoma base, and go to STEERING COLUMN I believe, and find the diagram with the wheel controls...pick the one that states the color is black/gray. Basically not the silver version.

Edit: I actually just tried looking it up, for some reason the 2013 part number is priced at like $270 for the "Switch Assembly Steering" whereas 2014 part number is like $100 flat. Not sure what the deal is with that.

2013 Part number for ref: 8425004020B0, and other 8425004030B0 but both parts say they are silver the only difference is w/ or w/o Xrunner.

I spent quite awhile looking online, and I do believe I am out of luck finding black trim. It looked like the base model might be a possibility
but the trim picture looks like it has no openings for the steering wheel controls.
