I'm looking for a dealer recommendation in the Phila/NJ area.

I'm interested in a 2016 Tacoma, 4x4, SR Access Cab, manual, no options. Basically, I want the cheapest manual Tacoma possible. The only requirement is the split rear window.

I am ready to purchase immediately, however I have no problem ordering and waiting. I don't need the truck immediately.

If anyone has a recommended dealership or salesman, please let me know.

Another question: I'm not very familiar with Toyota pricing. Is there a standard way of measuring dealer offers? ("Invoice plus" is typically used for brands without holdback.) I expect to pay destination, tax, and reasonable documentation fees. What should be considered a good deal? Invoice? Invoice plus $500?
