contrary to popular 3rd gen belief, this truck can do work and haul sh1t. Thought I'd start a thread on the 3rd gen doing work. Show your pics. e1bbb523b694e46b83e25a324eca2fcf_2f5dfd83a825b3a50bab943b2fd44982aa10b8be.jpg

Dang, been doing work with our truck for 3 weeks now!! I work with tile and natural stone as a design guy but do work on the side for relatives and friends. We had the bed full of tile and wood saws with tool bags and whatnot. Just close the cover you'd never know anything was back there and nice cruising down the freeway, gettin work done, back on the freeway back home and unload.

I could not be happier with this truck!

Nice truck there capt'n, good luck with it and many many carefree miles to ya.

    Cheers

The previous owners of my house were really big into gardening and left a series of garden boxes around the yard, plus this one large garden plot you can see in the picture below. Unfortunately, as they aged their gardening time was limited and so they left the garden covered in bind weed. It took me a lot of chemical warfare to kill the weed last year (you can see the dead vines) and now I'm ready to cover the garden in weed netting and mulch until I decide what to do with it.

So I got started this weekend.

Unfortunately, after unloading the mulch, it began to hail. I tried to work through it until I was exhausted and quit. I've been running a fever of about 101 ever since. Bad timing to start a garden project I guess.
