exhaust air filters wheels and tires

i have 15 tacoma and all stock interior. Thing that bothers me the most is how dull it looks. Anyone have recommendation for maybe seat covers that make it look like its a real seat or anything else? and has anyone buffed up the doors? my taco is double cab and I would like for the folding back seats to be accessible.
