I have to say that the Long bed FTW. I am completely stock and a camper shell on it. I only slightly scrapped the y pipe and the front skid plate on the whole broken arrow trail. Still waiting on video from my friend.

How did the staircase treat you? I bent a tie-rod and broke a motor mount on my Grand Cherokee the first time I went down. Crappy all terrains and snow don't mix(...and probably the Jeep too)

Oh man I did not realize I had not responded. I only scrapped a little at the start and took it slow the rest of the time. So no big damage and the only thing that scrapped was the y-pipe. Who needs that anyhow...j/k I was really impressed with how good it handled it. I need to edit the video that we made and post it up.

It definitely was but I have a completely stock long bed. So clearance was an issue. Also I drove there from GA. All in all if you go out there it is worth doing it. Just go slow and everything will be ok.

My wife and I just got back from Norther AZ. We did a day in Sedona with a off-road rental Jeep(we flew to AZ). What a blast! First mistake was letting me wife talk me out of the full day rental!

Aww... I guess the jeep is better than nothing. There were some fantastic view to see. Did you do all the trails or just a few of them?

We did Schnebly Hill Road (unfortunatly) and Soldiers Pass. I should have done more research about the trails before the trip, but we still had fun on Soldier pass. I wouldn't do Schnebly again it was just an unimproved dirt road. But those were the recomendations from the rental place for "moderate" off roading as it was my first time off roading.

Schnebly hill is best around sun set. Beautiful views on that road, plus a good road from I-40 to Sedona. Soldiers Pass is pretty fun trail, if you ever go back I would definitely recommend Broken Arrow.

The scenery is Sedona is amazing and even better once you’re off the beaten path.

Pictures and a video of the crawl control going down the staircase:

Ended up backing off of this one. Exhaust and rocker panels were to close for comfort!

I have always wanted to, but I have been warned to make sure the Pink Jeep guys don't see you. Apparently they will call Coconino County Sheriff for going the wrong way on the a way one street.
