    I will watch to see how this turns out and maybe, will reconsider purchase from Rechelon in the future. I was really excited to get retrofitted until things started going downhill. Hope everyone gets taken care of.

    I'm really glad to see this thread turn around. As a happy customer, it sucked to see all the negative comments about rechelon. It really seems as though Rad is taking this very serious.

    I must have ordered mine at the perfect time. It only took about a month and a half from the planning stage to actually receiving them. And even at the very day Burt told me he would be shipping them out I asked if he could have them sent 2 day shipping rather than his normal and he did, then I sent the extra shipping cost to him.

    Hopefully people will overlook these issues after everything has straightened out. The lights look and function amazingly! They were well worth the money and I would buy another set from them right now if I needed to.

    @RAD

    When you guys are less busy, what kind of price would you say I would be charged to fix a retrofit by cracking them open and reattaching the shrouds. They weren't done by you guys originally. I bought them from a random member.

    I got mine in early 2013 and still love them as much as day 1. I'm so glad @RAD got in here to save the day. I've seen this happen to quite a few vendors but not very many come back and fix their mess.

    Glad to see you came in to clear everything up. Just a quick question, as Burt's partner, why weren't you subscribed to this thread? One would think that since you guys are partners you would be involved in what goes on in this thread and be able to work everything out before this whole ordeal happened. Just a thought and I hope all works out well

    This is a very good point. Rad says he's a partner, it's not like both of them worked for a large company and didn't need to communicate with each other. If Rad was designing lights and Burt was making them wouldn't Rad begin to wonder why they weren't going out to customers? And Rad runs the IG account and was alerted to this thread weeks ago as people were still wondering what was happening with their headlights yet no response here much less to the direct comment on IG, just more solicitations for work.

    You know what, that shows a lot about you as a person @RAD that you can come into this environment and hold your head high. I will wait a little bit to make sure all the kinks are worked out with other customers who have been waiting, and then I will contact you in regards to a new order. :)

    ^ That's a valid point/concern that I should've personally looked into sooner. I wasn't quite aware of this actual thread as this was Burt's personal page prior to the establishment of RECHELON in early of 2015. Hence the reason you haven't seen me post in here until yesterday. I was working on transitioning everything into a RECHELON page under the vendor section to for a more professional experience. This would allow the two of us access all information regarding our light to our past, current, and future clients.

    I live in Southern California and travel up to Portland Bi-Monthly to complete the build process. This choice of business practice is the only way I could work my current life obligations here and still do what I enjoy in Portland. So you can imagine my time is quite limited in doing the small details that mean so much in running a company. That is when I started noticing the decline in Burt's moral along with his own personal matters. I can't look back and wish I could've/should've intervened. I also started seeing IG posting and emails that became alarming to me. My fault was leaving a majority if not all communication efforts up to Burt. That responsibly was unfair to him as I will admit I didn't do my part as I was trying to juggle two different worlds. However that has all changed as I'll be working full force to start a positive line of contact going forward.

    You'll be seeing a more professional side from RECHELON AESTHETICS with all the needed information posted in our Vendor section. I'll be working on printed guides and tutorials as well to ease the DIY installs. I hope I've addressed some of your inquiries or concerns to the matter.

    Kind Regards,
    RAD

    I appreciate that a lot as I completely see everyones concerns. I value what I do and sacrificed a lot of time in establishing RECHELON as a quality product. I hate to see it that go away due to a important aspect of business. Customers are the key to a successful business and it goes along way in maintaining a future. I hope this quick turn around will gain your trust again and place RECHELON back to where it once was. I am committed to strengthening the trust again to the TW members who are our beginning foundation. We'd be honored in gaining your business and look forward in crafting with you.

    We're going to first fix our customer service issues in house before taking on outside projects. I'll be quite honest as its difficult to touch another retrofitters work. We built our own recipe in detail and believe in how we craft our products from beginning to end. However I will be open to assist you with some DIY Tutorials or point you to some Socal members who may be able to help you as well. If you still need help down the road, we will see if we can assist you.

    Thank you for your interest

    * * UPDATE AS OF 10/28/15 * *

    I've answered all emails with updates, status, issues, questions, and quotes brought forth to me. I am so happy to be communicating personally now with our clients and its been refreshing to talk to some of you. Everything is moving in the right direction and I am very happy to see us getting back on track. I'am currently working on each and every individual email personally and doing my best to answer quite quickly. There was a lot of concerns but once I was able to address everything quickly, it wasn't as much as I had thought it would be.

    There will be time slots where I am actually unable to answer due to my other obligations.

    However I will answer any question within 12hrs M-F and 36hrs during the weekends.

    If you have any questions regarding your existing order, email me directly at RAD.RECHELON@gmail.com

    All Quotes & Build Options can be sent to our main email at RECHELON.AESTHETICS@gmail.com

    I'm glad to see this getting sorted. I've bought my headlights from Burt during his first group buy after he opened up the shop in Portland. Burt was very helpful during the install, communicating back and forth on where to install things ect. The headlights themselves output a ton of light with a great cut off line, I get comments on them everywhere I go.

    I've never taken a good picture of my truck that does these lights justice.

    ^ Thanks for sharing your pictures and experience. This has been a small isolated hiccup that now has been addressed. I am going to be in here and the vendor section very often communicating with everyone.

    Burt will no longer be the front man in communication as he will focus on the technical side of crafting. He'll still be present talking to clients but its time for him to take that stress off his shoulders. I'll be doing the designing, building and customer service side of things. This balance will allow us to perform daily operations while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.

    Kind Regards,
    RAD

    Great to hear that communication has improved. What's the time frame for squaring everyone with pending orders away and a projection for future lead times?
