"10" Pyrite Mica TRD-S DBL CAB

So I'm going to get a 3 inch lift. Probably this one with the 886 springs since I will be running plate bumpers, winch, my pak rak, and tent.
What are your opinions? Pros, cons? Is this sufficient? I'm trying to stay around $1k and I've heard good things about these guys I just don't want to be changing it out on a year or less.
