Eagle Alloy 185 no longer has rivets

FYI if you are considering this wheel:

I received a set of 16x8 Eagle Alloy 185's last week, and one wheel had the rivets around the rim while 3 did not. I called Summit Racing and they checked with the manufacturer and found out they no longer make them with the rivets. That is also what SD Wheel told me when I contacted them. I could not find anyone with riveted wheels in stock.

The 16's were just barely hitting the front calipers so I decided to exchange them for 17's. I'll update here when I get them as far as fitment and rivets.

Just an FYI since all the pics I've seen of this wheel have the rivets. I might be getting something no one else has...!

 

Tell us how they fit when you mount them. I want a set and I wondering if I am going to have to put on a 1/4" spacers and extended lugs

 

I got the 17's today and they clear the caliper by 1/2" or so. No grinding needed!

My OME lift is on backorder, so it'll be a couple more weeks before tires and wheels are installed. I took a couple pics of just the wheels on the truck.

Going with 285/70/17 Duratrac's.

 

Any pictures of the wheels on the truck? Tire, lift etc altogether?
