Yes I'm new to this forum and would like some opinions on adding a 6" suspension lift to my crew cab short bed truck. I'd like to retain as much of the factory ride as possible and have this installation done to accommodate 33-35 " tires without having to trim any of the fenders. Any suggestions out there ?20150723_181311.jpg

you could look into a spindle type setup with a really nice spring/shock setup, maybe even add a slight body lift to get to 6in.,otherwise you'd probably be looking at a drop-bracket...steering and driveline problems might crop up with an inferior setup or install. at this height, upper control arms might be needed with correct install and adjustment, you'll also have to think about brake lines and such, recalibrate and cancel any codes and speedo, possible shims to compensate for driveline vibs, compatable leaf pak and possibly re-gearing...it's all here...speak with someone who's done it before to get the pros and cons.
