    Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
    One thing to consider about the aftermarket off road bumper would be added weight to the front of your truck, which in turn, could possibly turn into suspension upgrades as well, depending on what you choose. I am not trying to deter you from doing so, it is just another thing to take into consideration.

    Yes. Aluminum is lighter on weight, but more costly.
