It's a shame Fox coilover remote reservoirs often come shipped with HALF the recommended nitrogen levels (as mine were), not to mention having out of date/out of spec upper shock mounts (as mine are) that cause an irritating front suspension clunk due to excess play in the bushings.

Did I mention that, in my case, the solution provided by Fox customer support is to: "remove the coilovers, send them into us (pay shipping by the way), be without a vehicle for roughly 10 days, and wait for us to send them back". I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound like very good customer service.

These videos, which my mechanic and I shot, clearly demonstrate the excess play around the upper mount:

Just needed to vent a bit, as this coilover issue has made me very frustrated. Am I wrong to think that Fox customer support is being less than fair? Any advice?

I bought the brand new BDS 6" lift kit with Fox coilovers from a certified vendor known as SoCal Super Trucks.

Did Fox do anything about it, or did they give you the runaround like they're giving me?

Honestly I didn't even contact Fox. Being in hawaii, shipping the coilovers out to them wouldn't have been an option for me. I just went with a different brand and sold the Fox's.

I'm not telling you to do that at all. Just saying what I did.
