Was out playing in the mud today and as we were leaving I wanted to hit one more hole... I Freakin hit it! Dropped driverside front up to the windshield into the water. Stayed dry for a while and while I was maneuvering my way out the cab filled up to the pedals... Now how do I dry out my cab?

Pray to the weather Gods for Sunny and a nice breeze .

If you live in a place you can leave the doors open that will help

Fans to move the air through the cab don`t hurt.

I've not had that misfortune, but there are a couple other threads on here where folks did the same thing.

Basically, the tldr version is you take the seats out, take the carpet out and hang it to dry, in a garage next to a running dehumidifier if you can, open all the electrical connectors you can find that were immersed and spray 'em with contact cleaner, flush everything you can inside and out with fresh clean water, let everything dry good, reassemble, try it out.

Use caution when opening electrical connectors that you don't break them, and use caution when reassembling them that you got them good and tightly connected again.

    A- pictures....
B- why not just fire a big 50L dehumidifier in the cab, turn it on and close the doors. This things will draw any and all moisture out. I run one in my camper every couple weeks while its being stored and that thing is 25 years old but bone dry (minds out of the gutter)

No pictures... Too busy trying to not roll over! And I was thinking about pulling the passenger seat and putting my big ass spot cooler/dehumidifier in its place to get my bone dry

Only picture I got, my buddy got his prerunner stuck in a pretty sketchy situation ( the driver side was precariously placed on a ledge)

When you enjoy things you need to be ready to pay your dues.

Myself I hate Mud!! Quite different when you need to work in it.

If it covered the pedals, there's a chance it got to the air bag control module mounted below the ash tray at the front of the tranny tunnel.
