2011 Super White Tacoma Pre-Runner

Hello All. I have some of the Clear 3M body tape on my Super White Tacoma. It's dirty and loose on the paint and I want to pull it off. Is it the sort of tape that I can pull off and then clean underneath it? I think it will make the truck look better overall. Thanks for the input!
