This is not far off the conversation I had with my dealer when trying to order my manual ttransmission in the 2016.

Dealer "You don't want a manual in that color. This white auto is a much nicer truck"

Me "no I want a manual in quicksand"

Dealer " but this one is here and has crawl something"

Me "but I don't want an auto"

Dealer " this one is nicer and it will take 8 weeks to get what you want"

Me "OK call me in 8 weeks"

Dealer "really?"
