I own a double cab '02 tacoma and it just got to the 200,000 mile mark. No issues. I have changed a few things out like brakes, tie rods, o2 sensors, and fuel filter. I have bought a timing belt but have not put it on yet. I was told that is was not the kind that if it jumped time it destroyed the whole engine. So I am waiting a few more months before I crack into that. Is there anything else I need to be worried about going out? average?
