I suck and drafted poorly so I am constantly hitting the waiver wire. My waiver priority is last even though four other teams had a successful pick-up after my last transaction. The setting is continual rolling list. I do have many more transactions but the latest successful transactions belong to other teams. Shouldn't that move them to the back of the line?
