Weird Clutch Diagnose Help!

I have a weird sound thats hard to describe but its a 2000 3.4 V6 4wd Manual Transmission. when the clutch is disengaged completely there is a weird kind of squeel/squeek. But when i engage it completely it stops and when i put my foot on the clutch just BARELY to take the small play out of it it stops. What is this sound and how can i get rid of it!!!

 

Sounds like a throwout bearing to me. No way to fix that without dropping the trans if it is. It's annoying but I'd tolerate it. My volvos throwout bearing howls so loud with the clutch out you can't hear the engine from inside at idle. mine does the same thing only during certain times sometimes worse then others sounds like crickets are in my truck lol

and it kinda sucks unless you can do it yourself the job takes a lot of time to only replace bearing might as well replace whole clutch which is pricey. just gotta wait for clutch to die and replace it all.. I was quoted well over 1k to replace clutch from dealer
