2016 Tacoma Qi charging issues

Have any other owners of the 2016 Tacoma line noticed that the Qi charging pad does not charge? It doesn't even hold a charge. I swear I think the pad is using my phone to charge it, as my phone (samsung galaxy s6 edge) losespecially power faster as it's on the pad.

 

The Qi Charger did not work for me with my Note 5. I returned it and got the S6. Works fine now. The S6 edge needs more charging power than an S6. I had an issue with my Note 5 charging at home. Seems they are not powerful enough. S6 charges fine in the truck.

 

I've got a droid turbo and I've had no issues with the Qi charger. I think it just depends on the phone and if you go to Qi's website it has a list of compatible devices.
