Rear View Mirror with longer arm

2016 Tacoma 2x4 Access Cab Barcelona Red Metallic

I just picked up my 2016 Tacoma on Saturday.
I'm a volunteer firefighter and have lights that mount above the visors.
I noticed that the width of the lights conflicts with the rear view mirror and I cannot adjust the mirror at all, or it will hit the lights.

Is anyone aware of a source where I can get a rear view mirror with a longer arm / bracket???
