Does anyone have any pictures of their truck with 265/70/17 with 17x8.5 wheels that has -6mm offset?

Just wanting to get an idea of how much the tire will be sticking out and how the stance would look like.

    thanks!

I have 265/70R17s on 17" x 7.5" x +6mm offset. Meaning your tires will stick out 1" more than mine, and mine are about perfectly aligned with the flare. So your looking at 1" past the flare. A little too wide IMO, meaning your tires are going to throw rocks/everything at the side of your truck. Why do you want to run 8.5" wide wheels?

You can see how far mine stick out in the pics here.

You got a nice looking truck there!

I found wheels that I liked and they only have it in 8.5"

Thanks! I like to stay 8 or below myself to hold a better bead when airing my tires down for off road traction. If you haven't purchased yet, you should also check the wheel weight. The TRD OR wheels are 23lbs, very light. The stock tires weight 38lbs, which is also very light. Adding weight with heavier wheels and tires hurts performance and mpgs, which is pretty much inevitable when going to a larger tire. But you can try to minimize it. Take a look at the 265/70R17 link in my sig if you are interested.
