Question about auto LSD.. TRD sport.

3" Bilstain lift, Anytime Fog, Skid Plate, Procomp 7036, Cooper STmaxx, Heated Seats, Interior Plugs.

SO I was wondering, wen I push the traction control once quickly, the auto LSD comes on and its noticeable that LSD work, however wen I push and hold the traction control button for 5 seconds to completely turn off traction control it seems that LSD doesn't function.. Does it become open diff wen the traction control is fully turned off? This is all in 2 wheel drive.
