Lets see. Here are some things. :) Don't need any knives/flashlights/shovels/beer/liquor (unless it's special peach or other flavored mountain water). My build is listed in my profile.

Dear TWSS, any of the following would be great!
    - Recovery Gear. I have nothing, the Hi-Lift branded off road kit looked like a good place to start but if you know of better stuff I'd prefer that you decide.
    http://www.amazon.com/Hi-Lift-Jack-ORK-Off-Road-Kit/dp/B00042KQ58

-Hi-Lift Jack 48" looking at the Steel/Cast combo for those feeling super generous.
    http://www.amazon.com/Hi-Lift-Jack-HL484-Black-Steel/dp/B00042KG3A/ref=pd_sim_263_5?ie=UTF8&dpID=31BjxDTp2RL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160,160_&refRID=0XZ7ZKETK73Y70NTTYG8

    - Hi-Lift Wheel jacking accessory thingy since I don't have a plate bumper/rear and that would really be my only option.
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0GYMG1X2G84XNMXKXPFQ

    - Rear Tow Hitch Recovery D-Ring/Shackle thing, would prefer a black color have no preference on make, as long as it's one you yourself would use.

    - ATO Hi-Lift Jack Mounts so that I could mount said hi-lift using the front rails also for those of you feeling generous
    http://www.armortechoffroad.com/2005-Tacoma-Hi-Lift-Bed-Mounts_p_14.html

    - Maybe one of those BlueSeas Fuse Blocks w/ a mount I've seen around here. 6, 8, 12, all are great.
    http://www.amazon.com/Blue-Sea-Syst...446902185&sr=1-1&keywords=blue+sea+fuse+block

    - Red Line hood struts......I'm short and that hood goes up high. Again for those feeling generous.
    http://www.redlinetuning.com/product-p/21-27010-02.htm

    - Tire Repair kit, no brand preference

    - I wear Large in shirt sizes/XL in sweatshirts, so any sort of shirt from your local area. If you're from Alaska, would really love an Alaskan Sweatshirt but in an XL please. Navy Blue and Grey look good on me.

    - Any sort of local to you special spices or flavors. Like if you were from New Orleans something like a Gumbo or a Low Country Boil packet or out in California a Tri-Tip Barbecue rub.

    - A Rectangular Magnet from your local area. The ones I collect are like this. Hawaii Magnet. I like when they are real pictures of places and when they are wide over tall. :)

    -I like jerky :)

Hope that helps you out. :)

well, im a pretty simple person, i dont hunt, fish, or play sports. i do have a SxS and love getting out and riding it, so anything for that would be awesome. id like to have like a doorbag or just like a velcro bag to put stuff in while riding. something along the lines of this http://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/391281851239

im a foodie, so anything food related is good, EXCEPT FOR ANYTHING WITH ANY KIND OF BERRIES IN IT, I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO BERRIES. sorry for the all caps on that, im just extremely allergic to any kind of berry. back to the list. i like shirts from local places, anytime we go somewhere new we always get a shirt. id prefer a 3x because of shrinking. i like unique state magnets or like historical magnets. im not really a knife person, but thats not saying i dont use or have them, just not a collector. besides that id be happy with just about anything really. im not a picky person. but if someone is really in the giving mood and has an endless supply of the moneys to give toytec 3" inch with AAL in the back and some new 17's would be nice :-O (just kidding, i would shat me pants if someone bought me that)

I'm guilty of being ridiculously hard to shop for. :notsure: My suggestions are usually "I dunno" and "surprise me"
But, some background, since none of you know me in person (I think... :spy:)
*I like knives (I'm obsessed with shaving-sharp blades; I unzipped my deer this year like she was made of butter)
*I have a moderately good-sized and very eclectic collection things that go bang. So targets, ammo, accessories, whatever are always a win.
*I love camping, but I've moved more towards truck camping than backpacking over the last few years (GF hates sleeping on the ground, lol).
*I've got a big garden, do a lot of canning & cooking, and I may or may not be a bit of a survivalist/prepper :anonymous: Big fan of Lodge cast iron; I've got three dutch ovens
*Love to read. I don't watch much TV, but I'm always working on 2-3 books. Almost always at least one Fiction and one history-related Non.

Or, surprise me. I like microbrew beer or microdistilled hard stuff, if you're 21, lol. I've got a '69 Dodge D100 and an '84 Dodge W150 in addition to my Tacoma, so old truck stuff is always cool too.

Edit- Also, I'm a lifelong Pats fan. :crapstorm:

I don't expect it. Some people just give more expensive stuff than others do. It just depends. I plan on giving more as I won't have to buy as much gifts this year since I am single now and going through a divorce. Funds were tight last year, so I couldn't give as much as I wanted to but what I did buy I made it count and he loved it.

Some people are on tighter budgets. Unexpected things happen. Im one of those myself with a unplanned event.

But I want to spread some cheer so I still partake. My favorite part is the what did you receive thread

I think that's part of the fun right, giving what you can to make another person happy. I mean sometimes it's the less expensive gifts that become your favorites. I looked at the what did you receive thread from last year it got me SO damn excited to be able to get my guy(girl) stuff that they would just be thrilled with like so many of those on that thread were. I'm definitely not waiting till christmas to open it either!!!

^^^^ exactly, im on a pretty tight budget this year with my son being born, wife in school and apparently Insurance doesnt pay for anything these days.. But i like the fun of doing it and try and to find things that my person would like.

So as people have put what they know wont happen heres mine... (who knows maybe family will see it and give them an idea haha)

LED Headlights and Fogs, Sliders, Lift

    So realistically

if clothes im a L and my son is in 6-12 month clothes.
If alcohol im ok with just about anything but beers, not a big beer drinker
Different types of Jerkys, ill try just about anything..

Other than that ill let you figure it out.. im pretty open to anything. its not about receiving its about the giving...

Amen on insurance not covering anything. Lindsay has her wisdom teeth coming in and one got infected, so basically have to get it pulled asap. And may as well pull them all at the same time right? Insurance paying shit while I get racked over the coals.
