I have a 2015 Tacoma with a 6" lift. The wheels I have look good but with the lift, they need to have a spacer. I have a shake in the steering wheel between about 40 and 60 mph. Les Schwab says it's because of the spacers. I thought I could live with the shake but it's starting to drive me crazy.
So, do any of you know of a good looking wheel, preferably black, that doesn't need spacers?

I worked for them in the past. They will always blame the spacer. The question above is important, though. It could be the spacer. It's more likely a poor balancing job or a poor mounting job. Our trucks are very sensitive to wobbles, shakes and vibrations. Sometimes after having my tire guys (Les Schwab) do a service, I have to loosen and retorque my own lugs at home. Just like anywhere, the new guy gets air wrench happy and your lugs don't get evenly tightened. Try that, it might be the problem.

OTOH, if you bought cheap spacers... they could be the problem.

The spacers were put on by the company that did the lift, not Les Schwab. However, according to Les Schwab the spacers are top of the line, not the cheap ones. I had the wheels rebalanced twice just to make sure that wasn't it. My nephew who used to work for Les Schwab said that the only way to get rid of the shake is to find a wheel that will fit on the truck with the 6" lift and doesn't need a spacer.

If you look into a negative offset wheel, it'll be deep enough to rid the problem for you.
