hi I'm new to this forum. I have a 2005 Tacoma and when I turn on the headlights the tail lights don't turn on with it. Brake lights work signals work it just won't turn on with the head lights

bulbs typically have 2 filaments in them. one for turn/brake and the other is the one thats always on... sounds like one of the filaments are out
