Yesterday drove my truck all around in the morning and then when I stopped at a friends house for about 10 minutes and went to leave again my it would crank over but not start and everything sounded fine and no issues before this, I've only had this truck a week

Could it be the relay or possibly the efi

I'd check efi fuse and fuel pump fuse. Same thing happened to the last ford I worked on. Fuel pump fuse was blown.

Maybe something wrong with your key. Could have lost its programming.

    Try another ignition key.

How many miles on the truck?

Most likely it will be something simple like a fuse. It wouldn't hurt to try another key like Wayne said. Eliminate all the easy things first.
