I have a new (got it in July) 2015 Tacoma.

With daylight saving time coming in last week I want to set the clock an hour back.

The manual says to look at the navigation system manual and there is nothing stated there about setting the clock.

How do you set the darn thing?

pretty sure it's under the "Setup" button

all you have to do is uncheck "Daylight savings time"

I went into set up and selected my time zone(Central) and GPS and it corrected itself back 1 hour.

I think it uses the National Atomic Clock in Colorado by GPS and updates to the correct time for the selected time zone.

I just started messing with mine and found it somewhere on there, I am assuming the Dealer set mine to start with and they had the wrong time zone on it.
