I had a 2012 DCSB TRD and I had the exact same problem, my lower back hurt all the time, prior lower back surgery didn't help the situation. I traded the truck and got a 2015 SR5 4X4 AC. The seats are alot more comfortable and the suspension is also alot softer, it feels like im riding in a Cadillac compaired to old 2012.
