I posted about this a few days ago and it has been confirmed; my 09 doors do NOT "bite" as tightly as my 11 did ( just hung out with the guy who bought my 11 ). When opening the door either inside of truck or outside, the engagement of the handle does not seem as strong or have as good of a "bite" as my old truck. How do I fix this??? It's driving me crazy feeing like my doors aren't as tight as my old truck. Would just replacing the handles both inside and out help at all? Or do you think it's the actual door mechanics that suck? Thanks for any insight. Really driving me up a wall not knowing how to go about fixing it.

Find another 09 and see if it bites more. Would show you if its a change from year to year or the parts in yours.
