Help me-- Stereo

I have 2007 stock non-JVC Multi-disk HU. I don't need to blow my ears out or have perfect sound. I am looking for a HU that integrates cleanly (very important) and has Blue tooth, Nav, Backup camera, use the stock steering wheel controls, aux or input for Iphone/Ipad. Most likely touch control.If I am overlooking anything, please let me know.
Also plays MP3. 2007 does not. Really!!!! Anyways, I really do not know what is out there, what is good, what is bad. Please enlighten me. Price range is around $300 but obviously would like to spend less. I have read some articles in here and it seems that $300 is ok but if that is not realistic, please let me know.

to get all the features you want the cheapest HU I found was $400 + $30 for the install kit (comes with the adapter for the steering wheel controls, cheaper than buying it separate )
