Sweet air freshener, installed march 2008

The leading configuration for me is to get SR5 DCSB with appearance package, but I don't love the wheels on those. I'd actually prefer to get some aftermarket 18" wheels on the SR5, without appearance package. Has anyone done this? What about adding the overfenders, specifically like ones from the TRD OR?
