Some of us live in apartment complexes and don't have much choice. That being said, I do have a garage but keep my Harley and Buell in there.

I hate having to worry about the truck. I've locked my keys in my truck before and watching AAA take all of 30 seconds to pop my driver door open with a balloon did not make me less worried. Wish there weren't thieves in the world but that'll never happen.

When polishing out scratches if too deep can result in wavy view in glass.

I hate that. We have theft around here but they are generally meth heads looking for a quick buck, and not too driven to do anything like steal a whole car. The bigger concern here are the stupid college kids who either don't care about other peoples property or vandalize it for fun. I left my car in an on campus parking lot once and someone had walked up and over it, and dented the roof in.

I put trail cams up on my property last year when someone tried to invite themselves into my house. I check them once a week, nothing so far but deer and Turkey and my neighbors wife's ass. Not sure why she was in my yard but she does have a nice ass so Ill give her a pass.

This works extraordinarily well. My uncle has a gravel pit and he puts trail cams along the roads to make sure nobody takes gravel without paying. You can see license plates and everything.

My neighbor had a package stolen out of his mail box a few weeks back. County cop came out and noticed my trail cam that covers my front yard and road and asked to look at the pics. Good trail cams are pretty inexpensive and are easy to move around.

    The better coast
Anything that goes against the manly image of pick up trucks people will hate.

    2wd? No.
    4 cyl? No
    Lowered? No
    Chrome? No
    Hybrid engine? No
Electric (instant torque) engine? No (if they could make one)

But that stinks op. Maybe the dealer gave you the bullet proof glass special.

Unfortunately, when they fail it sometimes motivates them to come back b/c failing is an insult to them.

I would park I'm the garage. You can get big bright spotlight motion lights in addition to cameras if your serious about getting them.

I'm going to have the scratches buffed out. The back window might not be fixable so I'll be out tint and a cost of a window. I will mess it it after Christmas.

Getting the cams is the next thing on my list. I've been reading up on the security forum on ar15.com and they.have some nice set ups for around the same money.

The truck is back in the garage and will be worked on this weekend replacing the rack and pinion bushings and the radiator support bushings.
