I just vacuumed my truck today (I'm very ocd about my interior) and I realized that most of the grass and stuff wouldn't be in the carpet if i had a floor liner to keep it clean. What brand of floor liners not mats do y'all recommend?

You're gonna get a lot of different responses, there's Husky, Weathertech and on and on. I suggest you do a search on the forum and then check other reviews available on the interwebs.

I bought the Husky X-Act Floor Liners for my 2015, they covered a lot of area, but the fit of the drivers side mad was terrible along the transmission tunnel so I ended up having to return them. I will be looking into something different here soon.

Alright, my friend. This is all you will ever need to know about protecting your carpet: Huskey X-Act Contours. Read whatever you want to read, and listen to whomever you want to listen to; do yourself a favor and save yourself some time. Go buy Huskey X-Act. Now, you can't say you've never been told.

I also just bought the Huskey X-Act Contours liners for my Tacoma (2015) and they fit great.

I've been reading these threads for months trying to decide. I actually got to see some weather tech liners - they're a very firm plastic, for better or worse.

I finally decided tonight and ordered the Husky X-Act Contour liners. my $.02

I've had Toyota All Weathers, WeatherTech Digital Fit and the Huskies: the answer to your question as it pertains to those three is 'Yes.'

As I said , OP, you just can't say you haven't been told. Nobody has shown me, or told me, anything that changes my mind about my purchase, in the least. I just hope you make the right decision. If you like your feet sliding all over your floor board while your trying to drive, buy Wethertech. Peace, Brother, I'm out. Good luck to you.

The fit was absolutely horrible along the tunnel with these Husky X-Act Fit Liners, I could easily slide my entire hand down in that gap, i obviously returned them. The mats were not deformed in the box and it was not just the sides being pulled away, it was also the bottom or flat side that did not fit either, terrible fitting mats.

Mine fit perfect. I'm sure you were bummed with this gap, but I'm sure with any massed produced product (like our trucks) there are bound to be instances of quality control mistakes. I've seen far less fitment issues with the Husky X-Act contour than with the WT Digital Fit. That may be due to the rigidness of the WT's and any gaps are more noticeable.

They both are good, but the Husky's win out for me because of the deeper grooves, less slippery surface and the fact tat they cover the dead pedal.

I love my weathertechs. Perfect fit in my 2014. And they are from the 2010 Tacoma that I had! When I wash them they look like brand new. Seriously. And they've been used in my daily driver for 5 years. I LIKE the hard slippery plastic. I prefer it to sticky rubber mats. They're also super easy to clean.

I carry a wish broom under the seat. Really easy to just sweep debris straight out the door if you don't want to completely remove them. I think this would be more difficult with the deeper ridges of the huskies.

I just searched ebay for 'fitted Tacoma floor mats' and found some manufactured by Wade. They appear exactly like weathertechs but cost about 80 dollars. Im very happy with them.

I wouldn't worry, your OCD is well controlled or you would have noted and found a solution way before today.

On a related note, I've been please with Weathertechs in the 2012 Taco DSCB, 2014 T4R & the 2015 Camry.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
I had an '06 with weathertechs in it, loved them. I now have a '14 with weathertechs, and again love them. I did mine a little different though..... I cut out the rings on the weathertechs where the tie downs go, I laid the OEM all weather mats inside of the weathertechs and fastened them down with the OEM hold downs. They're tight, but it worked out good. I now have the best of both worlds,
