Meet & greet, toy drive, BBQ, sticker hand out Saturday November 14th

Saturday November 14th I'm having an open house / meet & greet / toy drive / BBQ / TW sticker handout. This is kind of a feeler, wondering if we should go play in the dirt after? I'm guessing BBQ noon-3 and go play in the dirt after 3?

@tcBob is sending me a couple extra stickers to hand out to the locals that need them.

Toys can be new or used. Used ones are going to the refuge youth center, new ones are going to toys for tots.

BBQ is hamburgers & hot dogs, chips and soda.

I heard @chris4x4 might be there?

Im in. All for a good cause. Toys for tots is an awesome charity. I remember truck loads and truck loads of toys donated when I served in the Navy. Marines ran the toys for tots charity.

 

I think it will be a good time.

I hope we get a huge turnout for this. Toys for tots makes a lot of smiles on children's faces.

 

Me too, I've got alot invested so I hope it turns out well. With free food and lots of desert just 10 min away I'm hoping that will entice some scraglers to come hang out. With the holidays right around the corner it would be sad to see a small turn out.

Do you need any help setting up and helping out. If so what time would be good to show up?

 

I work 8-12. It's from 12-3. Everything should be set up, but thank you I appreciate it. As long as you don't show up before 12 all should be OK.

 

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.... The stickers @tcBob sent for the toy drive have arrived. Come one, come all, the more the merrier.

On a side note, if anyone has Table Mesa or North Phoenix experience or knows of a good place to go play in the dirt that's friendly for everyone (4x2 , non lifted 4x4) and would like to lead a run let me know please.
