Custom exhaust w/Magnaflow muffler, URD rear o2 sensor simulator, Six Star Armor front bumper and skid plates. ToyTec coilovers.
Six Star Armor front bumper for 1st generation Tacoma and 4Runners. This is a custom built front bumper that I took the time to draw as I was building it so that something very similar can now be CNC'd out of 12-8 gauge steel or 3/16"-1/4" thick aluminum and that is only the beginning of the options...
The front stinger bar (please correct me if it is called something else) doesn't have to be a stinger. I can locate and build it as a grill guard or without one at all.
I've also incorporated into this bumper design a replaceable front plate that can be a winch plate with a fairlead opening, a hitch receiver, just a blank plate like in the pics or numerous other options.
To continue the options made available with this bumper are holes located on the top of the bumper that I'm designing rails to mount along the top along with brackets for lights, Hylift jack and even tossing around the idea of a corner mount hydraulic cherry picker when it comes time to pull your motor, oh yeah never mind it's a Toyota! I'm sure I'll be coming up with some other options for this top railing though with some input from my fellow Tacoma owners out there.
I have several different options for the blinker opening shapes from 3 circles on each side to 4 ovaled upright rectangles on each side. There again, I'm open to ideas on what you would want on your very own if you wanted to purchase one.
I've also utilized the factory bumper mount location along with a new replacement bumper beam mounting it directly to the frame rail ends as this will be where the winch plate, grill guard or stinger bar would tie in also.
I apologize for the long winded description above but I thought I should cover all the options I have integrated into this bumper design...

I appreciate any and all feedback! I'm working on skid plates and a rear bumper also...I'll add a new thread for each of those too.
If anyone would like to configure and purchase one of these bumpers just PM me or text message me 435.879.9808 with "1st Gen Tacoma front bumper" for the subject or first line of text. Thank You!
