Hello everyone I am new to this forum so forgive me if I am not spot on. I have a 1991 toyota 4WD A340H trans the trans temp. light is on in the dash and it will only shift manually. It has codes 62 63 64 65 These codes are for the shift sol.s and tcc sol. I am trying to fix this for a customer. He bought the truck with a blowed up engine, he had someone else put in a engine but it has never shifted since its been running. I have checked and everything is plugged up. I am not very good at diagnosing these so I really dont know where to begin. I have Mitchells on demand and Alldata but the computer wires do not match what the truck has. I have been told you can go to the diagnostic connector under the hood and do alot of checks there but I just dont know? I feel it is something simple by having all those codes! Any help greatly appreciated on how or where to begin diagnosing this truck. Thanks Lee
