Original Tacoma: 6" lift, air bags in the rear, 17x9.5 XD Series rims w/ 35" Cooper STT Pro tires. Body Armor rear bumper with swing arm tire mount, TRD Exhaust, URD True Cold Air intake, TRD Front Brakes, RIGID INDUSTRIES grill and LED bar installed in it, LED Rear Lights, TracRack rack system, tool box. Sold the truck. Bought 2016 ram 2500 Laramie diesel. (7/2016) Picked up 97 Tacoma 4x4 Extended Cab 3.4L. Building motor now. (8/2017)

Take back what I said. Called ECGS and they do pre-install the bushings. So that's not it. I have vibration at about 10mph. I'm going to go out on a limb and say its a loose bolt somewhere. Going to retorque my UCA, ball joints, and just about every other bolt under the front end and see if it fixes the issue.

Question: How much drop did you guys do on the carrier bearing? I dropped it about 1" or so. Too much? Not enough? It looks "balanced". Not too much drop from transfer case, and not too much drop from carrier to rear diff..

Yea it's probably a driveline vib, your carrier bearing have a bunch of slop? Thatl make u have a take off vib that goes away when u get going, mine vibs a little cause I filled the bearing housing with b-2 aircraft sealant lol and is pretty much solid mounted now

Going to stick my GoPro under the truck and see If I can actually see any vibration under there. Wish me luck. Maybe some aircraft sealant will be next solution.

Anyone around Sacramento that knows a place I can have my 887s swapped for my 886s? Just PCSd here and only have the tools that are in the toolbox in my truck. I can jack my truck up and leave it on jack stands and pull the struts anymore by myself since this is my only ride right now :(

Ive installed many lifts, lights, built speaker boxes, UCAs, fab work, pretty much like anyone else here, just no tools or garage anymore

@4x4Taco09 There many folks in the Sacramento Area that could/would help for beers and stuff, but they haven't offered there services officially here. If you're looking for help, you might be better served in either of these two threads:

It looks that way from my research, but I would like someone who's done it to help in case I do something wrong.
