    Great thread. Lot of knowledge and opinions here. Thanks for making me a knowledgeable buyer although I regret I had to pay almost MSRP here in Nor Cal. Proud new owner of a 2016 4x4 SR5 double cab long bed. Looking forward to adventures with my family in this kick ass truck!

    Thanks! "Hardscrabble" - brought back a memory...I remember my first trip to the white rim road in Utah and descending Hardscrabble hill in my 2002 tacoma. I was then and still a bit of a novice and my fiance at the time calmly told me that it appeared we were about to fall sideways into the white river. My tacoma stuck like velcro to the road and it was my first time completely trusting in a vehicle. Exhilarating!

    Simon's mom - is that rottweiller or a dobie? I wanted a dobie but ended up rescuing a pit bull. Best dog ever.
