    Well I found this when I was looking for a house to purchase and found out about this. and I guess they are enrolled in the HERO Program. and I found this to be insane for this to be even legal. I mean how does the government or anyone not use common sense and allow this sort of thing to go on. its a program for people who cant afford to upgrade their house to an "energy efficient home". windows/ ac/ hvac /solar/ etc. look at it and let me know how you feel. its the nasty side of business...IMG_06111-1.jpg IMG_06121.jpg
