    Hi all,
I just joined the 2nd gen family! (finally)
I've had several first gen tacos and 3 gen 4runners, but this new truck feels awesome.

It's an 05 DCLB 4x4 in black with grey interior.
It's just the SR5 (hard to find any trd trucks for less than 20k in decent shape and miles around here)
Its only got 116k and I got it for $13,900. Partially because it badly needs new tires but I negotiated $800 off the price for them to leave the bad tires on and sell it to me.
I figured they'd just put the cheapest 16" tires they could get, and for $800 ... I'm getting some rims and brand new A/T tires that I want :)
I just ordered Ambit rims, Black lug nuts, and Falken Wild Peak A/T tires.
the tires were on discount tire direct for an unbelievable $103 ea shipped! (265/60/18)
and the wheels are on eBay right now for $550 shipped. (18x9)
overall I'm slightly over my $800 dealer savings ... but, I get brand new rims and tires that I love!
I went with the matte bronze because I love the look of the black Tacoma with the bronze wheels.
(I come from a misspent youth of drifting and JDM cars, so this is right up my ally)
I decided to stick with the stock height right now and possibly lift it in the future when I need tires again. I think the 18's will make a huge difference regardless.
I drive ALOT for work (about 800 miles a week) so the stock height and lighter weight wheels will hopefully help with the mpg. (I got 20.2 on my first mixed tank .. 80% highway)

The first mod I'm hoping to get is a rear view mirror relocation bracket from ImMrYo

Anyway, that's it for now, Hello All, Glad to be here finally.

Here are a few pics of how it looks right now. (but not for long!)

And here's the look I'm going for ... (I LOVE this truck btw, does anyone know who's it is? Are they a member here? I'd like to talk to them about it)

I can't tell if these are 18's or not? Also I 'think' he's got a slight lift but I'm not sure.
