TACOMA OF THE YEAR!?!?

Hey everyone! Just throwing around the idea of a Tacoma of the month/year to see what you guys think. On my Yamaha raptor forum every month they would have a thread where people would post their badass raptors with a list of mods they've done below it. Then voting would open for a week and the winner would get a customized avatar or vendor coupon or something like that, nothing major just another chance to show off your ride really. It was really cool and I always enjoyed looking at the knarley set ups. What do you guys think? Idk who we would need to convince on here, but I think a similar set up on this site would be kick ass! Lets hear your ideas!

Why have I never seen it? Where is it? Monthly or yearly?

Ask @tcBob about a monthly thing, but I'd assume if it was easily executed it'd probably already exist.

 

I've never seen it either. Haven't really looked but it's not high profile if it's here.

There are several awards such as build of the year etc.

 

On the raptor forum, winners had to wait a year before re-entering

 

Not sure.

His truck is nice, but he hasn't done anything but pay shop fees, get sponsored (assumption) and drive it AFAIK.

I'd appreciate it more if he built it in his garage like a handful of other equally badass trucks on TW that are built the old fashioned way.

 

I agree, garage built with you and your buddies hands only! Your own wallet as well!

 

Maybe have a winner every month? And have the 12 winners duke it out at the end of the year for a final vote?
